Excellent care and imaginative play will add up to a memorable experience for the children who come to Nub's Cubs.  We are located slope side in the Skier Service Building, the facility offers a comfortable and cozy environment that your child will treasure.

The center is designed to meet the needs of those children who have not yet started skiing, or may not be able to make it all day on the hill.  Families are always welcome to check in on their young members anytime through our one-way glass system.  Cozy nap rooms are available for kids of all ages.

Nub's Cubs is staffed by a caring crew under the direction of the Harbor Springs Community Daycare & Preschool.  All staff members have gone through thorough screening and is experienced in working with children.  The staff goes to great lengths to make your child feel at home and have fun.

The train table, dress up center, and crafts are just a few of the very popular and fun things that kids love to do with the staff.  The kids love to play pretend in the large castle, which also becomes a look out post when kids want to watch all the skiers out on the hills.

Nub's Cubs Daycare is available every day that the resort is open.

Reservations are strongly suggested and required for any child after 1:00 pm and for evening child care.

Hours of Operation: 

• 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Everyday
• 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Holiday week and Fridays and Saturdays through the night skiing season.  Reservations are required by 5:00 pm that day for evening daycare.

2009-10 Rates:

• Full day - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  -  $50
• Hourly rate - $12/hr - No minimum hours - Full day rate after 4 hours.
• Evening Hours $35.00 Flat Rate
• Lunch Fee $5.00 per child
• Dinner Fee $5.00 per child

Sibling discount for children in same household, $40 Full Day, $8 hourly rate. $30 upgrade on evening rate if the child was attending day care that day, $30 sibling rate if children from the same household are attending evening daycare.

There is a 10 minute grace period for pick up.  After 10 minutes, a full hour per child is charged.
